Yoga Sessions

Welcome to a breath-centered yoga experience designed to bring balance, clarity, and calm into your everyday life.

Monday — Swasa Flow (Stress Relief)

🕔 17:00–18:00
Language: German

Theme: Let go of accumulated stress and begin the week with lightness.

What this session looks like:
A grounding, breath-led flow that helps dissolve tension from the body and mind. Poses are smooth and rhythmic, supporting a deep sense of ease.

How it differs:
This is the most relaxing and fluid class of the week — perfect for reducing anxiety, calming the nervous system, and unwinding after a busy day.

Tuesday — Swasa Emotional Balance (Mood & Breath)

🕔 17:00–18:00
Language: German

Theme: Regulate emotions and return to inner balance.

What this session looks like:
Gentle but intentional movements paired with breathwork to help process emotional heaviness, reduce mood swings, and create emotional clarity.

How it differs:
Compared to Monday, this class goes deeper into inner awareness, heart-opening postures, and breath patterns that support emotional stability.

🕔 08:00–09:00
Language: German

Theme: Release the stiffness and pain caused by long hours of sitting.

What this session looks like:
Focused stretches for the neck, shoulders, chest, back, and hips. Movements are simple, accessible, and highly effective for undoing desk-related tension.

How it differs:
This is the most physically targeted class of the week — ideal for office workers, students, or anyone with back or neck discomfort.

Perfect way to start the morning with mobility and relief.

Wednesday — Swasa Desk Detox (Back + Neck Relief)
Thursday — Swasa Flow Yoga (Strength, Mobility & Breath)

🕔 08:00–09:00
Language: German

Theme: Build strength, improve mobility, and move with intention through dynamic, breath-led sequences.

What this session looks like:
A steady Vinyasa-based practice where movement follows breath. Expect flowing transitions, strength-building poses, and sequences that challenge coordination and endurance. The pace is more active, encouraging heat, focus, and body awareness while still staying connected to the breath.

How it differs:
This is your most dynamic and physically engaging session. Ideal for practitioners who want a stronger practice, improved stamina, and a bit more challenge. Unlike the calmer sessions, Flow Yoga focuses on building power, stability, and fluidity through movement.

🕔 17:00 - 18:00
Language: German

Theme: End your week with deep calm and prepare the body for rest.

What this session looks like:
Slow restorative postures, long exhalation practices, and calming meditations. This session reduces nervous system activation and supports better sleep.

How it differs:
This is the slowest and most restorative class — minimal effort, maximum relaxation. Perfect for stress relief and sleep support.
