Swasa
Swasa was born from a simple yet profound idea — that our breath is our first teacher.
Every exhale connects us to the world around us, and every inhale helps us return to the calm within. Swasa celebrates this natural rhythm and offers a space where movement, breath, and awareness become tools for a more grounded and balanced life.
About me
My name is Chandu. I am from India and came to Germany in 2016 to pursue my master's degree. I have practiced yoga for more than 15 years. What began as a personal practice slowly evolved into a journey of gaining a deeper understanding of the mind, breath, and inner stillness, which are often overlooked amidst the noise of everyday life.
Over time, I discovered the clarity and strength that arise from moving with awareness and breathing with intention. Inspired by this experience, I studied the traditional aspects of yoga, explored its philosophy, and eventually began sharing it with others.
Teaching yoga made me realize that people don't just come for the physical practice; they come seeking space, grounding, calmness, and a way to reconnect with themselves. This understanding shapes everything I offer through Swasa.
Why I Teach Yoga
I teach Yoga because it is a powerful yet gentle system that brings people back to their natural state of balance. My intention is not only to guide movement but to help individuals discover steady breath, emotional ease, and inner clarity.
Swasa is built on the belief that wellbeing comes from alignment — of body, breath, and mind. When these elements come together, life begins to flow with more ease, confidence, and harmony.
My Teaching Approach
My classes are grounded in traditional Yoga, breath awareness, and simple Yogic philosophy delivered in a practical and accessible way. I believe in movement that feels safe, breath that feels steady, and teachings that feel relevant to everyday life.
Students can expect sessions that are structured, calming, supportive, and focused on mindful progression — whether they begin as complete beginners or continue their journey as regular practitioners.
At Swasa, everyone is guided gently, encouraged to listen to their body, and offered a space to grow at their own pace.
The Heart of Swasa
Swasa is more than a Yoga class. It is an invitation to tune into your nature — to breathe with awareness, move with intention, and rediscover a sense of inner ease.
You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or familiar with Yoga philosophy. You only need curiosity and a willingness to explore a little more balance in your everyday life.
