Our Services

Morning Yoga – Live Online (Mon–Fri, 6:30–7:15)

A structured and calming morning routine designed to help participants begin the day with clarity and energy. Each 45-minute session includes gentle warm-up movements, Sūrya Namaskar, asanas to improve strength and mobility, and pranayama practices to support steady breathing and mental focus. Every Friday features a slower, restorative session to encourage relaxation at the end of the week.

This program is suitable for all levels and encourages the development of a consistent morning habit. The small-group format (maximum 10 participants) ensures personal attention and a supportive environment. The instruction language is German.

Meet Our Instructors

Chandu Priya Jagarlamudi

Chandu Priya Jagarlamudi is a certified Yoga Teacher (300 hrs) from SVYASA University, Bangalore. With over a decade of personal practice and more than three years of teaching experience, her sessions cover foundational and advanced concepts in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, breathwork, and traditional yogic philosophy. She teaches regularly at the Volkshochschule (VHS) and continues to deepen her knowledge through workshops, ongoing study, and dedicated self-practice.

Chandu’s teaching blends mindful movement, safe alignment, and classical yogic principles in a way that is supportive, accessible, and grounding for students of all levels. She creates a warm and calm learning environment where participants can reconnect with their breath, build resilience, and find inner balance. Her approach is sincere, thoughtful, and rooted in a genuine passion for guiding others on their journey toward wellbeing.

Dharanesh HM is an internationally renowned yoga teacher and trainer. He has a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy and is known for his precise alignment and authentic, traditional teachings. He specializes in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic and Healing Yoga, Advanced Asanas, Advanced Pranayama, Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Classical Hatha Yoga. His teaching style blends tradition with modern understanding to help students experience physical, mental, and spiritual transformation.

He has practiced yoga for over ten years on the traditional Indian yogic path, focusing deeply on discipline, self-realization, and spiritual growth. He has seven years of teaching experience and guides students with precision, authenticity, and alignment-based methods. His approach reflects the classical Indian tradition of yoga as a way of life, not just exercise.
