Regular Classes (German)
Morning Yoga – Daily Practice for Stability & Calm
Start your day with mindfulness and movement.
These 45-minute morning sessions help you wake the body, balance the breath, and prepare mentally for the day ahead.
Suitable for all levels.
Each session includes Warm up, Surya namaskar, Asanas and Pranayama.
Friday sessions include fewer asanas and more of relaxation techniques as Meditation, more focus on Pranayama, self-massages, Yogic philosophy (only English) etc.,

Tuesday — Swasa Emotional Balance (Mood & Breath)

Wednesday — Swasa Desk Detox (Back + Neck Relief)
